
Policies & Expectations
At Willow & Womb Collective, clarity creates comfort. Below you’ll find a few simple policies designed to protect both your family and my practice, ensuring our time together is respectful, intentional, and rooted in trust.

Reservation & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your service and confirm your place on my calendar.
• The full balance is due by 38 weeks for labor support, and before services begin for prenatal and postpartum care.
• Additional time outside of the services (e.g., extended postpartum hours) will be billed at the standard hourly rate or fee. -
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Life happens! If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
- Refunds are not issued for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations, but I’ll always do my best to reschedule when appropriate.

Travel & Location
• In-home support is available within a [30-mile radius of Columbus, OH]
• A travel fee may apply for clients outside of this area. -
Labor On-Call Window
- For labor support clients, I am on call until your baby is born.
- Please CALL when labor begins, and I will join you once active labor is confirmed.
- For labor support clients, I am on call until your baby is born.

Scope of Practice
- As a doula, I provide non-medical emotional, physical, and informational support.
- I do not perform clinical tasks or make medical decisions.

Privacy & Confidentiality
- Your personal information and experiences are held in sacred trust.
- I will never share your story or details without your explicit consent.
Refunds & Missed Births/Appointments
Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve services and secure your spot on my calendar. This deposit covers the time, planning, and preparation involved even before care begins, and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
In the rare event that I miss your birth due to personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances on my end, I am happy to offer a partial refund (typically 50%) of the remaining balance. This amount will depend on the level of support already provided (prenatal sessions, phone/text support, etc.), and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If the birth progresses too quickly for me to arrive in time, or if I am not contacted in a timely manner, no refund will be issued.
For missed appointments or scheduling conflicts that arise on my end, I will always do my best to reschedule promptly. If a reschedule is not possible and you are dissatisfied, I may offer a partial or full refund (minus the deposit) depending on the circumstances.
I am committed to showing up fully and supporting your experience with integrity and care, and I trust we’ll communicate openly if any issues arise.
Please note: In cases of severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, I will communicate with you promptly and do my best to support you virtually if I cannot arrive in person. While I cannot offer a full refund for weather-related delays or missed attendance due to conditions beyond my control, I will assess partial refunds on a case-by-case basis with compassion and transparency.

Please communicate your needs openly and honestly as I will value mutual respect, cultural humility, and consent-centered care in every interaction.
